We've been building. Here's what's shipping Sunday July 5th — a brand new way to see your schedule openings, smarter AI Scribe that writes your Treatment Summaries for you, a completely rebuilt mobile appointment experience, a supercharged mini-calendar, Google Analytics for your booking page, and a long list of practice management improvements.
Top Five Highlights!
"Show Openings" — one of our favorite things we've ever built. Hit the big blue button in your calendar header, pick a service, and watch your available slots light up right on the screen. Paired with the supercharged mini-calendar, you can see openings across months at a glance. We're rolling this out gradually, so you may see it appear over the next little while.
Speak freely. Treatment summaries are now writing themselves! 🤯 Everything you say out loud during a session — home care, coaching, lifestyle guidance, educational context — AI Scribe captures it and builds it into the Treatment Summary automatically!! Your patients leave with a written summary of everything discussed in the session. We're so excited about this.
A completely revamped mobile appointment experience — scheduling, editing, and managing appointments on your phone has been rebuilt from the ground up. Cleaner, faster, and much easier to work through. The real upgrade is in your pocket.
The Mini-Calendar got a serious upgrade — it's no longer just a date picker. Scroll through months without losing your place, expand it to show multiple months at once, and see openings and work hours at a glance right from the calendar sidebar. A lot more power in a small space.
Google Analytics integration — connect your Google Analytics account and start tracking what's actually happening on your booking page: how many visitors convert to bookings, where your traffic is coming from, and whether your marketing is actually moving the needle. Find it under Settings → Patient Portal. Setup guide coming soon.
AI Scribe & Charting
Cleaner, less cluttered charting — We decluttered the patient history section in your soap notes. You can expand all and when you hover, more detail is shown.
AI Scribe output settings — managers and administrators can now set a practice-wide preference between Concise and Detailed summaries. Concise stays tight and focused; Detailed adds more clinical context when the transcript supports it. Find it under Settings → Practitioner Notes → Configure.
Reporting
Booking Capacity report — shows how full your schedule really is, both historically and looking ahead.
Patient Retention report — shows who's sticking around and who's fallen off the wagon with their care. Works whether you're solo or managing a team.
Coupon code report — see exactly how each promotion is performing — how often a code was used and whether it's paying off — without manually filtering invoices.
Booked-by filtering — see at a glance which appointments were booked by patients versus booked by your staff, with the ability to filter and break this down in your appointment reports and exports.
"Pre-paid" filtering and reporting — you can now filter and count pre-paid appointments in your appointment list and reports, so you can track how many new patients are pre-paying for their first visit.
Billing & Payments
Invoice charges, redesigned — charges now display as clean individual cards instead of crowded table rows, sections are reordered logically.
Hide ingredient costs on printed invoices — if you sell custom herbal formulas and don't want patients seeing the ingredient breakdown and per-item costs on their invoice, there's now a toggle for that. Find it on your Miscellaneous Billing Settings page. The full breakdown stays visible on your end — it just won't print or be displayed for them.
Coupon code improvements — coupon codes now support fixed dollar-amount discounts (not just percentages), a usage cap so you can limit a code to a set number of redemptions, and a safeguard that blocks coupon codes from stacking on top of packages that already include a discount.
Refund & Adjust, completely rebuilt — one button on the invoice, then a simple step-by-step flow that walks you through exactly what to do. Tell us your intent in plain language, choose your amount and method, confirm. No more guessing, no more silent defaults.
Noteworthy Improvements! 🤓
Practice Reminders, redesigned — hit the bell icon in the upper right for a real-time pulse on everything happening in your practice. A complete visual refresh with color-coded notifications, clear actions, and customizable filters. If your team has been relying on email notifications to keep up with what's happening — this page does it better.
Tasks and notes now sync to Google Calendar — previously only appointments and breaks synced over. Now your tasks and notes show up too.
Patient Portal, cleaner navigation — a prominent Menu button at the top, cleaner labels throughout, and a more intuitive layout so patients always know exactly where to go.
Patient ID added to spreadsheet exports — every spreadsheet export across invoices, claims, payments, and reports now includes patient ID, making it easier to cross-reference records.
Package ordering — you can now control the order your packages appear in for patients, instead of a fixed default order.
"Referred by" can now be required — make this field mandatory on your patient health forms, and new patients won't be able to continue until they fill it out.
MFA for your whole practice — practice owners can now require multi-factor authentication for every staff member, with a grace period for existing staff to set it up before being locked out, plus recovery codes if anyone gets stuck.
Insurance & Claims
Claim.MD eligibility data import — pull eligibility fields like deductible, out-of-pocket, and ID number straight from Claim.MD into the insurance profile, instead of entering them manually.
Smarter Potential Claims visibility — Potential Claims now auto-hide the ones that clearly don't need action (like old cash visits before a patient added insurance, or visits already invoiced), while keeping everything available to un-hide or bill manually whenever you need to.
And a Lot of UX Polish
Beyond the above, we shipped a long list of smaller interface improvements across the platform — cleaner views, better filters! Better button placement, clearer labels, and general visual consistency fixes. Little things, but they add up.

HandCraft Health Integration 🌿 — Drop-ship Chinese herbs directly to your patients without leaving AcuBliss. HandCraft Health makes this possible and we are huge fans of what they're doing. This is getting shipped within 2-3 weeks!
Waitlist Improvements — a smarter, more powerful waitlist for both patients and staff. Patients can specify their unavailability windows so they only get notified about slots that actually work for them, and staff get a cleaner view and better tools for managing the list.
Telehealth Group Classes — run your online group classes directly through AcuBliss without needing Zoom. Toggle a class as a Telehealth Class and every student automatically gets their join link in their confirmation and reminders. If you've been using the Zoom workaround with custom notifications, this replaces it entirely.
Two-Way Google Calendar Sync — currently AcuBliss sends your appointments and breaks to Google Calendar. Coming soon: it works both ways, so events on your personal calendar can automatically block your AcuBliss schedule too.
More Health Forms & Templates — we're building out a growing library of ready-to-use intake forms so you don't have to start from scratch. Menopause, men's fertility, insomnia, and more — gather the right information from patients before they ever walk in the door.
Vacation Auto-Response for Messaging — heading out of town? Set a vacation message in your HIPAA-compliant portal with a start and end date. Patients who message you see an instant response so nobody is left waiting and wondering.
Telehealth Session Recordings — Record your telehealth visits directly in AcuBliss with a simple start/stop button mid-session. AI Scribe works during Telehealth too — hit the purple button and the call audio flows straight into your SOAP note, same as always.
